JC Group's Portas do Gerês building with LKCOM's communication strategy.

Selling a dream. Far from everything and yet close to everything. This was JC Group's challenge to sell the Portas do Gerês Building development located in Terras do Bouro. Target audience? The Portuguese and French markets.

And the result was once again... excellent, of course...! Various online and offline materials were created, most notably the website, brochures, newsletters and a video for social media, which even features Cristiano Ronaldo's “Siimmmm”!

The Portas do Gerês Building, with panoramic views over the Peneda-Gerês National Park, classified by UNESCO as a World Biosphere Reserve, is located right in the centre of Terras de Bouro, made up of twenty-four apartments, in 2- and 3-bedroom types spread across four floors with balconies and terraces offering privileged views of Gerês.

Living in one of the seven wonders of Portugal, where “the Heart of Nature Beats”, far from everything and yet close to everything, is everyone's dream, isn't it?
