VINNY: towards sustainable viticulture with LKCOM's support.

LKCOM is playing an active role in building a more sustainable future for European viticulture. And it is achieving this impact through VINNY, a research Project funded by the European Commission, which is betting on nanotechnological and biological solutions that promise to reduce the use of agrochemicals and enhance environmentally friendly farming practices.

To achieve this goal, the Project focuses on developing eco-friendly nanobiopesticides and nanobiofertilisers, derived from grapevines and organic industrial by-products. These innovative solutions aim to improve soil and plant health, contributing to healthier and more sustainable grape production.

LKCOM has taken the lead in the strategy for communicating, disseminating and enhancing the results of VINNY, ensuring that every innovation created by the entities involved is conveyed clearly and engagingly, contributing to the success of the Project.

The VINNY Project consortium is made up of 19 partners from eight European countries, including universities, research centres, associations and companies from the agricultural sector. This multidisciplinary collaboration enables the development of integrated and effective solutions for the challenges facing viticulture in Europe.
