Coaching 4.0 offers €10,000 for Digital Marketing: LKCOM is a certified provider.

LKCOM - Public Domain is accredited to provide services under the Service Catalogue for the Digital Transformation of SMEs, as part of COACHING 4.0 (PRR-Portuguese State).

Promoted by the Portugal Digital Mission Structure together with IAPMEI, I.P. – the Agency for Competitiveness and Innovation, these incentives aim to give companies the opportunity to develop in-house skills that improve their digital maturity, while boosting their business through digital channels and fostering technological integration within companies.

Coaching 4.0 involves awarding a Voucher with a fixed maximum value of €10,000 per beneficiary company, 100% non-repayable, to be used for the intended purpose and based on the Digital Transition Service Catalogue.

Applications are submitted online and open on 28 April 2025. They will remain open until 29 May 2025 or until the total funding for this phase runs out (20 million euros). Support is planned for 2,000 companies.

LKCOM's commercial proposals fall within the first area of point 3 of the Notice: Customer Relationship – Software and services aimed at promoting and enhancing the customer relationship, running campaigns, digital commerce and using technology to enhance the customer experience.

The service package on offer carries the overall title “Adding value and building customer loyalty - Relational Digital Marketing” and comprises four standalone offerings of integrated marketing services, each with an investment value of €10,000.
